Prepare a Fast Pay Verification File Before Cashing Out

Connect identity, address and payment ownership evidence to one Fast Pay account without oversharing sensitive data.

Check the live cashier

A useful verification pack is a chain of matching records, not a large upload folder. The legal name, residential address and funding owner should connect to the same player profile. Send only what the verified account channel requests.

Start with the player profile

Compare the account’s legal name, birth date and address with a current government-issued identity record. If the profile contains a typo, ask support to correct the record; never edit an image to make it match.

Choose one clear address record

Use a recent full-page statement or bill showing the issuer, date, legal name and residential address. Cropping away the header can remove the facts the reviewer needs. If the player moved, establish which address must be updated first.

Prove the payment instrument safely

For cards, follow the displayed masking instructions and never reveal the CVV or PIN. For a bank or wallet, show the holder name and relevant transaction reference. Never send passwords, seed phrases, recovery codes or one-time codes.

Track uploads against the request

Record the file purpose, upload time, confirmation and case number. If a file is rejected, ask which field is unreadable or inconsistent before resending. Repeated random uploads make it harder to know which version was assessed.

Questions answered

Does Fast Pay verification guarantee immediate payment?

No. It can clear one review stage, while account and payment processing may still remain.

Should I email a full card image?

Use only the verified upload route and follow its masking instructions; never expose CVV or PIN.

What if my address recently changed?

Ask support which profile record to update before submitting conflicting documents.
